| All pups are ready at approximately 8 weeks. They are wormed every 2 weeks and have their 1st shot. No kennels. Adults and pups always raised in my home to be great family friends. |
| A $200 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold a puppy or reserve a spot on the waiting list for upcoming litters. If the timing is not good or you change your mind for any reason, or we didn't have the color or gender you were hoping for, we will hold your deposit until you are ready for a puppy. Your reserved spot on the list means I have to turn away many other interested people who want to bring home a new family member!. |

| Since pups are raised in my home and there are no kennels, I'm happy to make an appointment with you when there are no puppies under 8 weeks old. To keep all pups healthy and to be sure that Moms do not undergo any stress I do not have visitors to Moms or pups until pups are 8 weeks old. There are many diseases that you may bring into my home on your shoes and clothing that you are not even aware of that can wipe out a litter. I do not take any chances with my pups. I understand that most of my pups are already spoken for at this age and you are choosing based on Royal Flush's reputation, pictures, gender and color preference. All pups are raised by me to be wonderful family companions. None are shy and none are aggressive.
